Memory
Hello everyone.
Have
you ever thought of how can we do things as we are doing them? How do we know
what is right and wrong, good or bad, the right way or the wrong way to deal
with situations? Well I can tell you. The key to success is our MEMORY. It is
ability to remember and use the information when we need it. I bet most of you have heard this quote.
The more you learn, the more you
know,
The more you know, the more you forget
The more you forget, the less you know
The more you know, the more you forget
The more you forget, the less you know
I must admit I agree to
this statement. Our memory is not limitless. Scientists say that we use only
10% of our brain however no one really knows how much can we remember. But what
we do know is that we can always improve our memory.
Memory has
been classified by:
1.
Information
length
2.
Information
grouping
3.
Purpose
of Information
4.
Organs
of sense
5.
Individual
approach
If we learn how to improve all of our senses we would do much
better in life. Have you ever gone out of your room for something and totally
forgotten what did you need? Have you
ever tried to read something fast before tests, and then realize that you can’t
remember a thing? Well luckily for those who agreed to both of these questions
I can say that everyone can improve their memory. And remembering such things
as birthdays, telephone numbers or things to be done will no more be difficult
for you.
Hard to believe but after a short training (a really short)
you will notice huge improvements. If
you give a list of 10 items and only 20sec. to look at it an average adult will
only remember 7 things mentioned there.
When you will learn the technique I’m going to talk about, you
will be able to remember a list of 15 things in the order you like at the same
time.
And further on I will teach you how to do it.
