Smiley- It may sound as not
important but wait. She has taught me that it is the best quality a human can
ever have. Because nothing makes other people friendlier that a warm smile. If
you go to a group of people who all have hard looking faces you don’t feel
comfortable or really welcomed between them.
But Ilze is not this type of person. She always greats everyone with a
nice, friendly smile. You can’t imagine how it improves group work. No mater
there are only 2 people or 8 in the group, smile is sticky. You may see them
all with hard faces at first but wait a while and you see them all smiling,
chatting and really making a productive group work. And what was this magic
that made everyone in good mood? No magic, just Ilzes wonderful smile. It may sound so simple, but people forget to
smile when they are working so they get stressed real fast, I’m glad I know
Ilze who knows just the right cure.
Good
speaker- How would you judge your language? Do you consider it to be good? If
so you may be intelligent person, but let me tell you what I know about people
Ilzes age. As we know Internet is very popular nowadays and chatting on
internet is really good, it has a lot of advantages like it’s for free, and its
fast, but there is also bad side of it. People start to use inappropriate
abbreviations and a specific chat language and slangs. I know it because I use
it as millions of other people. But I must confess why and others do so. It’s
called laziness and poor vocabulary(vārdu krājums). We just choose the easiest
way to deal with things, but as you may now nothing in this life is easy. If
you are lazy today you will suffer tomorrow. A large amount of teenagers don’t
know how to write a good CV or emails. They can’t express their thought, don’t
know how to talk with other people polite. If you agree to this idea then you
know I’m describing things as they are now. As Hellen Dengeress has once
tweeted on twitter,” No matter how amazing you are at something, there will
always be an 8 year old Asian who is better.” And Ilze is this exception. I
have never ever heard her to say anything inappropriate. She doesn’t insult
anyone with words that we shouldn’t really use while talking to other people.
All her short messages on mobile phone or in Skype are written right. I have
always considered that people really show what they are on internet, because
there they feel more relaxed and they now that no one can really hurt them. The lesson of this description is that: People
show their real character on internet, and Ilzes is the best I have ever met.
Hard
working- Students are lazy, let’s be real. Everyone loves to have fun and
relax. Some do it a lot, some not. In school you always have some home tasks
you know teacher will not check or you will be able to write them down from
others at school. My marks are good, but I’m so lazy. I always have something
undone or I haven’t really prepared for the lesson so I have to look for help.
Sometimes I feel shame or even envy Ilze because she always has everything. And
that is the reason she has one of the best marks in class. You need a pencil
for drawing lesson, she has it, need paper…. here you go! Undone homework? No
problem, look at mine. She is always ready to help others, of course she
doesn’t need to help everyone who just doesn’t do homework’s all the time, but
for people who care about their marks and at least try to do their homework
,Ilze helps them and of course me too. I really feel like I should do something
good for her too, so I try to help her as I can. We can see two really rare
qualities here. Fair judgment and self-denial. A combination we all should have
but almost none really has.
Just
one more little thing - handwriting. You may have some slight difficulties to
read it, but it gets better by time.
